[February]WEEK ONE – FOCUS IS ON PRAISE/THANKSGIVING FROM HOME AND CROSS-BORDERS MISSION FIELDS

NOTE:  EMS PRAYER AND FASTING DAY

FIRST (1ST) MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH IS TO BE OBSERVED INTERNATIONALLY AS EMS PRAYER AND FASTING DAY. THEREFORE, ALL EMS ARMS, MISSIONARIES, OFFICE STAFF, PRAYER PARTNERS AND SUPPORTERS SHOULD PLEASE ENDEAVOR TO JOIN THE EMS INTERNATIONAL HEAD OFFICE IN PRAYERS. WE JOIN FAITH AND TRUST GOD IN ONE ACCORD WITH BRETHREN AROUND THE WORLD FOR:

  • A STEADY AND FRUITFUL GROWTH OF THE WORK OF MISSIONS,
  • PEACE AND THE SALVATION OF NATIONS,
  • FOR REVIVAL AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH OF THE CHURCH.

OUR COOPERATE PRAYER TIME AT THE HEAD OFFICE IS 8-9AM, 12-1PM, AND 3-4 PM RESPECTIVELY. YOU CAN JOIN US IN PRAYERS WHEREVER YOU MAY BE AT THOSE TIMES OR MAKE OUT TIME OF YOUR OWN CONVENIENCE AS YOU ARE LED BY GOD. PLEASE, ENDEAVORE TO PRAY ALONG AS YOU FAST

MONDAY 1ST    Praise God for his blessings and sustenance to us throughout January, the first month of the year, pray that his love, peace and grace be will be made manifest in our lives in this new month as we continue to serve him and do his will in our daily lives.

TUESDAY 2ND  The Lord has raised two additional new supporters for EMS Central Region, ask for his grace and blessings to them as they partner with us to spread the gospel.

WEDNESAY3RD  SOUTH NORTH EAST REGION: Another tranche of funds to the tune of 2 million Naira has been released to EMS by African Service for the building of a female hostel at EMS Children School Lakweme, praise God for his provision to take care of our needs.

 THURSDAY 4TH :Thank God for the success of the Supporters’ Forum and Awareness at Yamel East DCC, which took place between 23rd-24th of January. It was a great opportunity to meet and interact with our supporters in the DCC as part of our efforts to strengthen our partnership with them in missions.

FRIDAY 5TH Praise God for the safe arrival of Pastor and Mrs. Stephen Adamu in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, pray that as they settle down to do ministry in the country, the Lord will give them grace, wisdom, good health and divine direction and use them mightily to advance his kingdom in the country.

SATURDAY 6TH The Gados have begun training another set of women in Niger Republic, the women have made significant progress in the learning process, we are delighted with this development, pray that their progress will be sustained for his glory. 

SUNDAY 7TH Praise God for revivals and breakthroughs from the prisons in Mali, where we minister in partnership, to the English speaking inmates, we have heard great testimonies and confessions many have given their lives to Christ as a result of our efforts. To God be the glory.
